Comprehensive evaluation study on the commercial potential of the emerging technologies

摘要 新兴技术是建立在科学基础上的革新,它们可能创立一个新行业或改变某个老行业。及早准确识别并选择那些具有商业化潜力的新兴技术,将能产生巨大的商业利润和社会效益。通过梳理新兴技术商业化潜力评价的研究方法,构建了一种主客观相结合的新兴技术商业化潜力的综合评价模型。该模型利用专家知识的主观评价和基于技术文献的客观评价两个角度对新兴技术能否在未来成功实现商业化运作进行评判,以求提高新兴技术商业化的成功率,从而推动中国社会和经济的持续发展。 As an innovation built on the top of the basis of science and technology,emerging technology may create a new industry or change an old one.Thereby identifying and selecting those emerging technologies with the commercial potential as soon as possible will be able to generate huge commercial profits and social benefits.By organizing the methods for evaluating the commercial potential of the emerging technologies,a comprehensive model to evaluate commercialization potential of emerging technology combining with subjective and objective methods is proposed.The model judges whether a emerging technology can be commercialized successfully from two points of view including the objective evaluation based on expert knowledge and subjective evaluation based on technical literatures in order to improve the success rate of commercialization,which will promote social and economic sustainable development in China.
