摘要
根据当今我国高校负债的现状,分析高负债对高校管理带来的种种影响,并结合我国的国情和高校的实际,从政府层面和学校层面阐述高负债状态下加强高校管理的对策。
Starting from the present status of high debt of colleges and universities in our country,this paper analyzes the negative effect caused by this,and suggests countermeasures on the parts of governments and colleges and universities.
