摘要
西藏旅游产业发展日新月异,酒店服务从初期旅游酒店待兴到目前旅游设施条件较成熟,硬件设施已经能够满足游客的基本需求,并向规模化经营发展。而西藏职业人才培养的课程建设在旅游与酒店管理专业"以工作过程为导向"的课程体系中处于核心地位。教学改革层次的加大、教学内涵的建设对学生职业能力与职业发展能力的培养、职业素质的养成、服务意识的提高对旅游与酒店管理专业的发展起主要的支撑作用和明显的促进作用。
Tibet's tourism is developing rapidly.The hotels in Tibet started with very simple facilities,but currently they have blossomed into ones with both software and hardware facilities to satiety their guests by having their service appropriate to their operation scale.The curriculum for tourism and hotel management majors is at the core position in the curricular system of Tibet's vocational education.Promoting the vocational ability,capacity,morality and service awareness of the students major in tourism and hotel management is so important that it is necessary to intensity the reform in education and teaching,and to richen the connotation of teaching.
