摘要
本文利用面板数据分析模型对比分析了欧洲31个征收碳税国家实施碳税政策对碳排放量的影响。结果表明,碳税的实施有利于碳的减排,碳税的实施并没有影响经济的发展,同时森林碳汇也有利于减少碳排放;森林蓄积的增加能够有效地递减碳排放。对比欧洲经验,文章指出了欧洲经验对我国的启示。
This paper analyzes the impact of carbon tax policy on carbon emission by panel data analysis,based on the data of 31 European countries.The result is the implementation of carbon tax benefits carbon emission reduction,and carbon tax together with economic development will reduce carbon emission as well.Meanwhile,the increase of forest inventory will reduce carbon emission effectively. In view of European countries' experience,the paper brings forth some enlightment to China.
