论跨境毒品犯罪网络的组织结构与网络弹性

摘要 跨境毒品犯罪是影响我国边境地区安全稳定的突出因素之一。为什么形形色色的跨境毒品犯罪组织往往打而又起,"你方唱罢我登场"呢?本文运用社会网络分析软件UCINET对某地公安边防部门近年侦办的两起较典型的跨境毒品犯罪案例为例,进行了角色/位置分析、中心性分析和网络图分析,认为跨境毒品犯罪网络保持网络弹性的关键就在于重要的基本犯罪角色/位置的存留;而且,跨境毒品犯罪网络中重要角色/位置的存留与否和他们在网络中有利的策略网络位置有着密切关系。
