基于药物和靶蛋白互作网络的抗幽门螺杆菌常用抗菌药物不良反应研究 被引量:2

摘要 药物的不良反应是临床用药中的常见现象,它不仅指药物的副作用,还包括药物的毒性、特异性反应、过敏反应和继发性反应等。抗菌药物是临床上最常用的一类药物,包括抗生素类、抗真菌类、抗结核类及具有抗菌作用的中药制剂类,其中以抗生素类在临床使用的种类和数量最多。抗生素药物不良反应的后果是严重的,常见的有固定型药疹、荨麻疹、血管神经性水肿等过敏性反应,胃肠道反应,再生障碍性贫血等,严重的甚至会引起死亡,而根除幽门螺杆菌须使用2种以上抗生素(多为三联疗法),因此其不良反应须引起重视。本研究以临床治疗幽门螺杆菌感染常用的5种抗生素为例,通过对公共蛋白质数据库和药物数据库的数据进行分析,并构建药物和靶蛋白的互作网络,探讨多种抗生素可能产生的不良反应,以期使三联疗法发挥最大抗菌效能。
