摘要
通过对国内外校企合作激励机制的对比分析,讨论了我国高职校企合作办学存在的问题,提出了完善我国高职校企合作办学激励机制的措施。
This paper discusses the problems of cooperation between vocational college and enterprise,proposes the measures to perfect the incentive mechanism through comparison of the incentive mechanism of cooperation between domestic and foreign enterprises.
