摘要
目的 观察并分析因妇科手术致患者发生泌尿系脏器损伤的主要原因,并采取积极的防治措施减少泌尿系脏器损伤。方法 选取在2006-05～2012-09间入住我院进行妇科手术的患者197例,对其进行回顾性研究分析。结果 在进行妇科手术的197例患者中,发生泌尿系损伤16例,占比8.1％,其中输尿管损伤10例(术中2例,术后8例),膀胱损伤6例(术中3例,术后3例),对16例患者及时进行诊断和治疗,取得了较好的恢复效果。结论 发生泌尿系脏器损伤是妇科手术中比较常见的并发症之一。妇科医师在实施妇科手术治疗前,必须做好积极的准备,在实施手术治疗过程中要对泌尿系统脏器的损伤保持高度警惕,大多数因妇科手术引起的泌尿系脏器损伤是可以避免的。一旦发生泌尿系脏器损伤,应积极地诊断和对症治疗,以达到良好的预后效果。
Objective To observe and analyze the urinary organs injury caused by gynecological surgery in patients,prevention measures should be taken to reduce urinary organs injury caused by gynecology and obstetrics surgery. Methods 197 cases were selected in the hospital gynecologic surgery from May 2006 to September 2012,and these patients were analyzed by retrospective study. Results In197 patients of gynecologic surgery,urinary tract injury in 16 cases that is accounted for 8. 1%,10 cases of ureteral injury( in 2 cases,postoperative 8 cases),6 cases of bladder injury(3 cases postoperatively,3 cases),16 cases of patients are diagnosed and treated in time,and good restoration effect is obtained. Conclusion Urinary organs injury is one of common complications of gynecological surgery.Through positive diagnosis and symptomatic treatment,good prognosis should be achieved.
