摘要
目的 探讨患者使用泮托拉唑肠溶片后的不良反应。方法 收集本院2010-03～ 2012-12间因消化系统溃疡的患者80例,患者采用泮托拉唑治疗,用药后的不良反应报告进行统计分析。结果 80例患者使用泮托拉唑肠溶片治疗消化系统溃疡,12例(15％)出现不良反应,且涉及多个器官。结论 临床上在对消化系统溃疡患者采用泮托拉唑肠溶片时,应严格注意药品不良反应导致的危害及此药物与其他类药物的相互作用。
Objective To study the patients with diazepam tora azole adverse reactions after enteric- coated metformin hydrochloride.Methods Collecting 80 patients,who were treated by diazepam tora azole treatment in the hospital from March 2010 to December 2012.The statistical analysis of drug adverse reactions after the report was done. Results Among 80 patients using panxi tora azole enteric- coated metformin hydrochloride treatment of peptic ulcer,12 cases had adverse reactions. The incidence of adverse reactions was 15%(12/80). Conclusion In peptic ulcer patients using panxi tora azole enteric- coated metformin hydrochloride,the harm caused by adverse drug reactions and the drug interaction with other drugs should be strictly paid attention to.
