摘要
目的通过对某区集体教养的社会性早教机构进行调查,了解其卫生现况,为卫生管理提供实践依据。方法随机抽取辖区内6家进行集体教养的社会性早教机构,对其场所的内部布局设置及卫生管理等情况进行调查,对其公共物品、工作人员手部、及室内环境空气质量进行现场抽检,并对管理人员及幼儿家长进行问卷调查。结果集体教养的社会性早教机构在内部布局设置、日常卫生管理、公共物品及人员手消毒、室内空气质量等方面均存在问题;管理人员对相关卫生要求的知晓度不高;家长对早教机构卫生状况关注,对早教机构部分卫生状况存在异议。结论进行集体教养的社会性早教机构在整体卫生管理方面存在不足,管理人员对卫生要求的知晓不足且有此需求,需加强指导和管理。
Objective Through the investigation on the early educational institutions for collective education in a certain district,understand their health status,and provide a practice basis for health management.Methods Six early educational institutions for collective education were randomly selected from a certain district to investigate the internal layout and health management.An on-site inspection was carried out about the public goods,the hands of staff and the indoor air quality.The management personnel and parents were investigated with questionnaires.Results There are problems in early educational institutions for collective education in terms of the mechanism of internal layout,daily health management,public goods and personnel hand disinfection,and indoor air quality.The knowledge rate of relevant health requirements is not high among the management personnel.Parents care the health status of early educational institutions and have objection to some health conditions of early educational institutions.Conclusion The early educational institutions for collective education have defects in the overall health management and the management personnel lack hygiene knowledge needed.It is recommended that the guidance and management be strengthen among them.
