摘要
目的分析闸北区对高血压患者的社区管理情况,探索影响管理效果的因素。方法回顾分析2010—2012年闸北区高血压社区管理资料。结果 2010—2012年闸北区高血压患者管理覆盖率为25.44%~31.10%;控制率为67.26%~77.28%。性别、管理年限、社区和组别均为影响管理效果的因素。结论闸北区高血压患者社区管理扩大了管理覆盖率,提高了患者的血压控制率,对患者具有积极的意义。但是管理效果受到患者的年龄和管理组别的影响,仍需要进一步完善和提高。
Objective To analyze the effect and the influencing factors of hypertension management in communities of Zhabei District from 2010 to 2012.Methods Review analysis was conducted on the data of hypertension management in communities in Zhabei District from 2010 to 2012.Results From 2010 to 2012,the management coverage rate of hypertension patients ranged from 25.44% to 31.10% and the control rate of hypertension patients ranged from 67.26% to 77.28% in the communities of Zhabei District.The influencing factors were gender,management year,community,and the patient group.Conclusion The intervention mode of hypertension patient management in communities was effective,which enlarged the coverage of patients and improved the control rate of the hypertension patients' blood pressure.But the mode of community health service needs to be improved for hypertension patients in Zhabei District,which is affected by analyze the patients' age and the patient group.
