摘要
目的原子吸收光谱法测定注射用双黄连中总钠的含量。方法采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定注射用双黄连中总钠的含量。结果钠元素在0.1~0.6 mg/L范围内,读数与其浓度呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为101.61%,RSD=1.20%。结论方法简便、快速、准确,可作为本品的质量控制方法。
Objective To determine the total sodium in ShuangHuangLian for injection.Methods Flame atomicabsorption spectroscopy was used to determ ine the total sodium in ShuangHuangLian for injection.Results The calibration curves were linear in the range of 0.1~0.6 mg/L for sodium chloride.The average recovery rates of sodiurn chloride were 101.61%,RSD=1.20%.Conclusion This m ethod was found to be simple,quick and accurate for simultan eous determination of sodium in ShuangHuangLian for injection.
