摘要
文章从语言使用、语言能力和语言态度三个方面对新疆察布查尔锡伯自治县的家庭语言保持现状进行描述,经过对比发现三者在代际传承中都不同程度地出现了差异。该研究认为应该弘扬民族优良传统,缩短代际语言使用和语言能力的差距,坚守家庭语言使用的阵地;改变传统的语言工具观,重视语言的文化属性和认知属性;改变自上而下的线性语言规划观,建立起多领域、多主体共同配合的立体语言规划观。
The essay writers describe the language kept in family in Xinjiang Qapqal Xibo Autonomous County from the use,capability and attitude of the language.Based on the comparison,the findings indicate that a gap appears to different degree in inter-generation inheritance in terms of the three aspects.The writers think that we should promote excellent national tradition,shorten the gap in inter=generation language application and language capability,hold on the battle field of family-language application,change traditional view of language as an instrument,stress the cultural and cognitive attributes of a language and change the view of linear language project from up to down to set up the view 3-D language project compounded by many subjects in multiple fields.
