3G Video Application in the Forest Fire Prevention System

摘要 综合运用WCDMA技术和ArcGIS技术,探讨WCDMA网络的建设结构和视频点布局的实现方法。结果表明,3G视频技术及其合理分布能够获得极佳的可视化效果,相比传统的有线视频技术,该方案更加灵活方便,使用范围更加广泛,是搞好森林防火工作的重要途径。 The integrated uses of WCDMA technology and ArcGIS technology were introduced in this paper , this paper introduced the construction structure of WCDMA network and the video point layout realization method .The results showed that the 3G video technology and its reasonable distribution could get excellent visual effect , compared with traditional wired video technology , the program was more flexible , the use of information technology range was broader ,which was forest fire resistant work key way .
