摘要
本文对于《中国跃进信息时代》一书中关于创新型企业、本土创新和经济发展的理论进行了进一步的发展,试图论述"创新型企业的社会条件",并重点探讨战略、金融和组织在这些条件中的作用。
This paper tries to develop the theory of innovative firms,indigenous innovation and economic development proposed in the book of China's Leap into the Information Age.We mainly argues about the social conditions of innovative firms as well as the role of strategies,finance and organization in this conditions.
