摘要
目的了解黄浦区社区居民对甲型H1N1流感疫苗认知和接种行为现状。方法采用分层整群抽样,对598名社区居民采用面对面询问方式进行问卷调查。结果居民中认为接种疫苗能预防甲型H1N1流感的有494人(82.7%);认为甲型流感疫苗安全的有444人(74.2%);愿意接种该疫苗的有332人(67.9%)。结论应加强甲型H1N1流感疫苗预防接种基础知识的普及,特别应加强疫苗接种反应处理的健康教育工作,从而提高各层次群众积极参与预防接种的主动性。
Objective To find out the current situation of the knowledge of influenza A(H1N1) vaccine and related immunization among the community residents in Huangpu District during the influenza season.Methods Case of 598 society residents were selected by stratified cluster sampling and surveyed by a face-to-face questionnaire.Results There were 82.7% of the residents(n=494) who thought that immunization can prevent the infection of influenza A(H1N1);74.2%(n=444) regarded influenza A(H1N1) vaccine safe;67.9%(n=332) was willing to receive the vaccination.Conclusion Health education on the knowledge of influenza A(H1N1) immunization and that of methods handling vaccination reactions should be promoted,so as to encourage the attendance of immunization among common residents.
