摘要
目的观察社区纳入健康管理的糖尿病患者对健康教育处方的接受程度及其与血糖控制情况的关系。方法随机抽取虹梅街道社区卫生服务中心糖尿病患者管理库中的84例确诊糖尿病患者,按其对发放的健康教育处方的接受程度分为3组:完全接受组,勉强接受组和不接受组;观察各组患者的血糖控制情况。结果社区糖尿病患者中,对健康教育处方接受程度越好者血糖控制越理想,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论社区糖尿病患者对健康处方的接受程度和血糖控制情况相关。
Objective To observe the relationship between health education prescription and glycemic control condition of the diabetic patients involved in community health management.Methods A total of 84 patients were randomly selected who are diagnosed with diabetes in the diabetes patients management inventory of Hongmei conmunity health centre.According to their acceptance degree of health education prescription,the groups were divided into three ones such as the absolute acceptance group,the refusal group,and the reluctant acceptance group.Results For the diabetes patients in community,the higher degree they accepted health education prescription,the better blood glucose control outcome they got.There was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05) .Conclusion The acceptance degree of health education prescription in community diabetes patients is related with their blood glucose control condition.The better the acceptance degree is the better glucose control they get.
