摘要
当前护理模式已经由以疾病护理为中心向以患者为中心转变,在这个转变过程中,健康教育是整体护理的重要组成部分,对消除不良情绪,改变不良健康行为,促进疗效,缩短治疗周期,降低疾病的复发率,手术并发症及各种感染率、意外事故发生率具有重要作用。由于护理工作是开展医学、护理学与健康教育最直接的窗口,护理工作者又是推动深入开展健康教育的主力军,因此,开展对护理工作者健康教育意识和能力的培养显得十分重要。
The current nursing model has changed from disease-centred nursing care to patient-centred.During the changing process,health education is the main part of the entire nursing care,it plays an significant role in eliminating negative emotion,changing negative health behaviour,promoting curative effects,shortening treatment cycle,as well as reducing recurrence rate of diseases,surgical complications and infections,and the incidence of accidents.As nursing care is the direct window of carrying out medicine,nursing and health education,and nurses are the main force of developing health education,thus it is important to develop nurses' consciousness and capacity of health education.
