小学数学学科渗透健康教育的实践和体会

摘要 由于我国现行教育体制的弊端、社会对教育的偏见、对教学质量评估的片面理解而带来的对学校的压力以及学校片面地追求升学率等原因,人们普遍容易忽视对学生的个人健康意识和行为的培养。在新课程背景下的小学数学教学中,数学练习仅仅关注基础知识和基本技能已经不够,还要通过改变传统的练习方式,设计利于学生进行观察、操作、探索的练习。在数学教学中进行健康教育渗透,符合新课改的要求,与素质教育的基本精神完全一致。实验证明,这样的健康教育方法比普通阅读式健康教育效果更好。 Due to the disadvantages of current education system in our country,social bias in education,school pressure caused by one-sided understanding of teaching quality evaluation and one-sided pursuit of the school enrollment rates,people are generally easy to neglect the development of students' personal health consciousness and behaviour.In the context of the new curriculum in primary school mathematics teaching,it is not enough for maths exercises only focusing on basic knowledge and skills,but also designing exercises which help the students to carry out observation,operation and exploration by changing traditional practice manner.To penetrate health education in maths teaching,according to the requirements of new curriculum reform,it is exactly the same as the basic spirit of quality education.Experiments show that this health education method is better than the ordinary reading type education method.
