摘要
目的通过对某项目职业病危害控制进行效果评价,为预防职业病危害提供措施。方法职业卫生学调查及职业病危害因素检测。结果砂轮磨尘合格率为100%;其他粉尘合格率为94%;三氯乙烯(TCE)合格率为79.6%;车间空气中的硫酸、氢氧化钠、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、丙酮、三氯甲烷、1,2-二氯乙烷、异丙醇的合格率为100%。结论该建设项目的职业病危害控制效果部分未达国家职业卫生标准,需要进一步整改。
Objective To provide measures for preventing occupational hazard by means of effect evaluation of occupational hazard control of one project. Methods By the occupation health investigation and the occupational hazard factors monitoring. Results The qualified rate of abrasive wheel dust was 100% and 94% for that of silica dust (Free sio 2 ). The qualified rate of trichloroethylene was 79.6%. Those for all other factors in workers surroundings were 100%. Conclusion Some indexes of the control effect evaluation on occupational hazard of the construction project did not pass the national occupational hygiene standards, which need further reform.
