分析了甲醇低压羰基合成法生产醋酸产品中微量碘杂质来源情况,介绍了精脱碘技术的研究与应用过程,成功地将醋酸成品中的碘含量降至6×10-9以下。此项技术的成功,标志着我国醋酸脱碘技术走向成熟。
This passage analyzes low-pressure carbonylation of methanol to produce acetic acid products in the synthesis of trace impurities in the source of iodine,and introduces a fine deiodinase research and application process. It successfully finished the iodine content of acetic acid reduced to 6ppb the following. The success of this technology indicates that China acetic acid iodine removal technology to mature.
