摘要 本文采用文献法、问卷调查法、测验法、实验法等,依据新课程标准的理念,以"健康第一"为指导思想,对高一级选修篮球的学生进行高中选修课教学方法的实验研究。实验结果表明:分层教学能充分地体现以学生为主的教学思想,并能通过学生的自主学习、探究学习和合作学习,取得更好的学习效果。学生上课的兴趣有了很大的提高,对专项知识的认识有了更深入的了解专项成绩整体上有了很大的提高,体质健康状况得到改善。 Adopting the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,test and experiment,based on the concept of new curriculum standard,with the guiding thought of 'health first',this paper has an experimental research on the teaching method of basketball optional course of the students of grade one of senior school.Experimental results show that the stratified teaching can fully reflect student-oriented teaching thought,and can earn a better learning effect through the students' autonomous learning,inquiry learning and cooperative learning.Students' interest in class has been greatly enhancement,their understanding of specialized knowledge has been promoted,their special scores increased and their physical health has been better.
