摘要
为保证超期服役海上采油平台的地震安全,通过对胜利埕岛油田海上平台结构构件、导管架焊缝、桩腿海生物、桩基冲刷、防腐系统、平台标高和倾斜度,以及结构振动特性方面的检测,结合平台建造竣工图纸和海洋工程地质调查资料,建立起平台结构的有限元分析系统模型,按8度地震烈度对平台进行地震反应分析,根据API RP 2A规范进行平台结构强度校核。某平台校核结果表明,平台结构在地震载荷作用下的安全系数较高,可以满足抗震要求。
In order to ensure the aseismatic safety of offshore production platform with overtime service,this paper makes an inspection of the structure components,jacket welding,sea creatures around the platform legs,pile foundation scour,anticorrosion system,platform elevation and gradient as well as the structure libration features.Combining with the platform complete blueprint and geological data of offshore projects,finite element analysis system model for platform structure is established.Seismic response analysis on the platform is carried out according to seismic intensity of 8.0.And based on API RP 2A Criterion,the structure intensity of the platform is checked.And the check results of certain platform indicate that the safety factor of the platform structure is comparatively high under seismic loading,which can meet the aseismatic requirements.
