摘要
随着国内节能减排工作的不断深入,对加热炉节能减排工作也越来越重要。从燃烧控制的角度介绍了基于CO控制的燃烧优化技术的技术原理,分析了当前基于O2的燃烧控制技术的不足,并以延迟焦化加热炉的实际应用为例,展示了此技术在实际生产中节能减排、安全运行和精细操作的效果。
With the deepening of the domestic energy saving,energy-saving and emission reduction of heating furnace is also becoming increasingly important.From the angle of combustion control,this paper introduces the technical principles of combustion optimization technology based on CO control and analyzes the shortages of the present combustion control technology based on O2.Taking a practical application of the combustion optimization technology based on CO control in a delayed coking heating furnace as an example,the paper reveals the real effects of this technology in energy saving,safe running and fine operation in actual production.
