摘要
从油田污泥处理的历史发展角度出发,概括介绍了污泥处理的发展历程、理论基础、处理方法和存在的问题。并从实际出发,介绍了"絮凝—离心脱水浓缩—超热蒸汽干化无害化"技术工艺和设备处理油田污泥的原理和使用情况。实际运行结果证明:污泥干化后体积大大减少,处理效率高,油水分离更彻底,处理后产品为干粉,彻底实现绿色环保。
For a long time,oily sludge(hereinafter referred to as sludge) treatment has been the focus in oil field security environment management and difficult work.With the continuous efforts of the majority of oil field technicians,sludge treatment method has been continuously developed and improved and the equipment and process have been innovated unceasingly.Although there is a long history for the development of oily sludge treatment process,there hasn't been unified approach and fixed pattern for the treatment of oily sludge in the major oil fields in different regions of China.The effective application of oily sludge treatment technology of sludge 'flocculation-centrifuge enrichment-superheated steam drying harmless' is groundbreaking,and is undoubtedly real and of long-term significance.In the near future,the process will be able to be widely used to promote the safety and environmental protection of the production and construction of national oilfields and realize step by step the harmony and unity of green energy production and sharing of clean water and blue sky.
