摘要
某厂加氢裂化装置进料加热炉进口管道运行一段时间后发生振动。从不同方面对可能引起管道振动的原因进行了分析,并提出了建议预防措施,同时对类似两相流管系的稳定性设计给出了建议,为消除同类装置的安全隐患,确保装置的安全平稳运行提供参考。
Vibration occurred after the inlet piping of a hydrocracking unit feed heater operated for a period of time in certain plant.This paper analyzes the possible reasons that may cause the piping vibration from different aspects and makes suggestions on preventive measures.Meanwhile,it gives recommendations on the stability design of similar two-phase flow piping system,which provides reference for eliminating security risks of similar devices to ensure the safe stable operation of the device.
