运用QFD方法的交通行为安全性评价决策支持系统设计

摘要 为应对我国交通安全的严峻形势,开发交通行为安全性评价决策支持系统具有重要现实意义。该系统以交通行为为研究对象,从行为机理出发,综合评判和差分各类交通参与者的行为安全性,从而提出有效的提升对策。在对我国湖州、江门、肇庆、中山等市交警调研的基础上,将问卷调查获得的用户需求模糊信息,运用模糊质量机能展开(QFD)方法转化为系统的设计要素,构建了系统设计的质量屋模型。根据专家对各方案设计要素的评价,结合设计要素的重要度,选出满足用户要求的最优方案:架设在Ubuntu操作系统之上,配置Apache tomcat+MySQL+PHP软件。最后,对最优方案进行功能和系统实现细化,为进一步的系统详细设计服务。 With the advent of new challenges from traffic safety problems,developing a traffic behavior safety evaluation and decision support system(TBSE-DSS) would be of great significance in practice.This system focused on traffic behavior,comprehensively evaluated the difference of various types of traffic participants in the view of behavior mechanism,and proposed effective countermeasures.Based on the investigation to traffic polices in Huzhou,Jiangmen,Zhaoqing,Zhongshan,etc.,this study used the Fuzzy Quality Function Deployment(QFD) method to transform the fuzzy information of users obtained by questionnaire survey into the design elements of the system,and built a house of quality model of system design.According to the evaluation of different scheme's engineering attributes by experts,combined with the importance of design elements,it selected the optimal scheme which meets user requirements: built in the Ubuntu operating system,and configured with Apache tomcat+MySQL+PHP software.Finally,it refined the functions of optimal scheme and system to facilitate further detailed design.
