摘要
随着中国加入WTO ,跨国公司投资过程中技术要素对东道国经济发展的作用越来越大。其中技术转移是跨国公司从事国际化经营的重要方面 ,探究其深层原因 ,从我国经济发展战略视角制定有效利用国际技术转移的对策 ,对于缩小中国与发达国家的技术差距 ,推动我国经济的快速发展意义重大。
Along with the entering into the WTO,the factor of technology becomes more and more important to the host country in the process of multi-national investment.Of all the factors,technology transfer is a critical aspect in the international operation.To make a thorough inquiry of it is important to reduce the distinction between our country and developed countries and to our economy development.
