摘要 用苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物(SBS)对乳化沥青进行改性。以改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物的低温延度为考察指标,通过单因素实验和正交试验的极差及方差分析,考察SBS用量、乳化剂用量、稳定剂用量等因素对低温延度的影响,得到改性乳化沥青的优化工艺条件为:SBS用量7%、乳化剂用量4%、稳定剂用量0.09%。在此工艺条件下,改性乳化沥青蒸发残留物的低温延度可达57.5 cm。 Emulsified asphalt was modified with styrene-butadiene-styrene(SBS) block copolymer.The effects of dosage of SBS,emulsifier and stabilizer on the low-temperature ductility of evaporation residue of modified emulsified asphalt were investigated by single factor experiments and orthogonal test.And the optimum conditions were given as follows: dosage of SBS,emulsifier and stabilizer is 7%,4% and 0.09% respectively.The low-temperature ductility of the product was up to 57.5 cm under the above optimal conditions.
