摘要
在心理素质教育成为高职院校大学生教育体系中重要内容的形势下,部分高职院校在实施心理素质教育的过程还存在着心理素质教育教育形式单一等五个方面的不足。为了更好把心理素质教育落到实处,必须从打造一支素质过硬的教师队伍等六个方面进行心理素质教育模式的改进,全面推行体验式心理素质教育。
Under the situation of the psychological quality education becoming the important content in the college students' education system,there still exist weaknesses in single education form and so on five aspects in the process of implementation of psychological quality education in some colleges.In order to implement the psychological quality education effectively,we must improve psychological quality education mode from building an excellent skills faculty and so on six aspects,as well as fully implement experiential psychological quality education.
