摘要
目的:建立调肝止痛胶囊的最佳提取工艺。方法:采用L9(34)正交实验,以芍药苷和丹参素钠含量、浸膏得率为考察指标,优选调肝止痛胶囊最佳提取工艺。结果:正交实验筛选出最佳提取工艺为加10倍量水提取3次,每次1小时。结论:该提取工艺简单稳定、合理可行。
Objective:To optimize the extract technology in Tiaogan Zhitong Capsule with orthogonal design. Method:Orthogonal design L9(34) was used. The contents of paeonol and salvianic acid A sodium and the extraction rates were taken as indexes to optimize the extract conditions of Tiaogan Zhitong capsule. Result:The optimize extraction condition was as follows:10 times water,extraction time 1 h, with 3 times repetition. Conclusion:The optimum extraction procedure is reliable, stable and practical.
