摘要
目的:探讨中草药与微生态制剂联合应用的途径。方法:将中草药制成煎剂,通过琼脂扩散方法进行药敏试验。结果:微生态制剂所用的5种乳酸菌对中药黄连都呈现中度敏感,对黄芩呈现微弱敏感;5种芽孢杆菌对黄连、黄芩、丹参、甘草都呈现不同程度的敏感性。结论:微生态制剂中所用的5种乳酸菌和5种芽孢杆菌对大部分中草药(包括有抗菌和抑菌作用的中草药)不敏感。
Objective: To study the effective way of combined application of herbs and probiotics. Method: Drug sensitive test was detected by using agar diffusion test. Result: The five kinds of lab acid bacteria were all moderate sensitive to Coptidis Rhizoma and weak sensitive to Scutellariae Radix. And the five kinds of bacillus were all sensitive to Coptidis Rhizoma, Scutellariae Radix, Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizoma, and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in various degrees. Conclusion: The five kinds of lab acid bacteria and bacillus are all not sensitive to most Chinese herbal medicine including the herbs which have antimicrobial effect and antibacterial effect.
