摘要
目的观察Meta-Li对椎实螺的杀灭效果。方法配制Meta-Li有效成分浓度分别为0.631ng/L、1.25mg/L、2.50mg/L、5.00mg/L、10.00mg/L、20.00mg/L和40.00mg/L的系列药液,在实验室浸泡椎实螺成螺,计算LC_(50);按Meta-Li有效成份浓度0.63g/m^2、1.25g/m^2、2.50g/m^2、5.00g/m^2、10.00g/m^2、20.00g/m^2和40.00g/m^2的剂量进行喷洒杀灭椎实螺试验,计算LC_(50);配制Meta-Li有效成分浓度10.00mg/L、5.00mg/L、2.50mg/L、1.25mg/L、0.63mg/L、0.31mg/L的系列药液,分别投放椎实螺,观察不同时间椎实螺上爬情况。结果浸杀法24h、48h和72h的LC_(50)分别为6.16mg/L、4.06mg/L和2.56mg/L;喷洒法3d、7d和15d的LC_(50)分别为3.30mg/L、2.50mg/L和2.01mg/L;椎实螺在有效成分浓度为10.00mg/L的Meta-Li药液中,无上爬现象,但浓度降低后各组均有少量椎实螺上爬。结论 Meta-Li有杀灭椎实螺和抑制其上爬的作用.但其半数致死量偏高.建议可在对鱼塘周围及上游有椎实螺的环境开展灭螺时使用。
Objective To observe the effect of Meta-Li to kill Lymnaea.Methods A series of liquid of Meta-Li,which the active ingredient concentration was 0.63,1.25,2.50,5.00,10.00,20.00 and 40.00mg / L,respectively,were prepared for immersion experiment in the laboratory,and the LC_(50) was calculated.The test of spraying to kill Lymnaea with active ingredient concentration of 0.63 1.25,2.50,5.00,10.00,20.00 and 40.00g/m^2 of Meta-Li was carried out,and the LC_(50) was calculated.A series of liquid of Meta-Li,which the active ingredient concentration was 10.00,5.00,2.50,1.25,0.63,and 0.31mg/L,respectively,were prepared to observe the climbing situation of the Lymnaea in different time interval.Results The LC_(50) was 6.16,4.06 and 2.56mg/L in 24,48 and 72 h,respectively,in immersion method.The LC_(50) was 3.30,2.50 and 2.01mg/L in 3,7 and 15d,resoectively,in spraying method.Lymnaea didn't climb in the Meta-Li liquid with active ingredient concentration of 10.00mg/L,but a small number of Lymnaea climbing with the concentration reduced. Conclusion Meta-Li had a role of killing Lymnaea and inhibiting it's climbing,however,the median lethal dose was relatively high.It was suggested Meta-Li could be used to kill Lymnaea in the environment of the fish ponds around and upstream.
