摘要 依据阻尼对车辆悬挂各指标传递特性的影响在频域上存在一定一致性的特点,提出了一种频域半主动控制算法。该算法只需在车身上安装一个加速度传感器,通过简单的规则判定悬挂振动频率所属频带范围,并实施相应的阻尼控制,即可显著改善车辆的乘坐舒适性和操纵稳定性。与天棚控制相比,频域控制算法振动抑制效果好,所需传感器少,因而具有更好的性价比和可靠性,适用于工程应用。 In accordance with the features that the influence of damping coefficient on transfer characteristics for different suspension performance indicators is in good consistency in the frequency domain,a kind of Frequency Domain Control(FDC) algorithm is proposed.FDC algorithm only requires an accelerometer mounted on sprung mass to evaluate the frequency range of suspension vibration by a simple rule,and implement corresponding damping control,then the riding comfort and control stability of vehicles can be improved significantly.Compared to sky-hook control,FDC algorithm provides more excellent vibration suppressing effect,and reduces the number of sensors used.Obviously,FDC algorithm has high cost performance and reliability,which relates greatly to engineering application.
