连锁型自保温混凝土砌块细部结构的优化

摘要 利用复合墙体传热系数的简化计算方法,计算连锁型自保温混凝土砌块墙体的传热系数.分析了该种砌块不同的细部构造尺寸对墙体传热系数的影响,结果表明填充孔洞宽度对墙体传热系数影响最为显著,其次是间肋、中间空气间层宽度.综合考虑工程安全和建筑节能设计标准的要求,最终确定了该连锁型自保温混凝土砌块的细部构造尺寸. The heat transfer coefficient of the interlocking self-thermal insulating concrete block masonry walls were calculated by its simplified calculation method for composite wall. The influence of the block’s detailed structures on the wall heat transfer coefficient is analyzed. The results showed that the width of filling holes had more obvious impact on the wall thermal performance than the width of shell ribs and intermediate air layer. And the detailed structures of the block were finally determined by comprehensive consideration of engineering safety and current building energy-saving standard.
