摘要
环卫扫路车在北方使用时,二次扬尘现象严重,现多使用喷水降尘技术处理这一问题。由于不同路段粉尘量不同,存在洒水少扬尘严重、洒水多泥土粘成块且不易清扫的问题。针对西宁地区使用的环卫扫路车,拟用一种粉尘传感器和单片机控制洒水量的方法解决这一问题,初步实验结果表明,此方法能极大程度的减少扬尘,且很少出现成块的粘土,效果良好。
In the north China cities,the secondary dust of road sweeping vehicle is serious.Generally,water spray is adopted to suppress dust.Due to the dust amount of different sections of the road,the problems of less watering more dust and dirt to stick into a block caused by excessive watering exist.A dust sensor and microcontroller was installed on a road sweeping vehicle in Xining to control the watering amount.Preliminary experimental results show that this method can reduce dust significantly and rarely into a block of clay and good effect is achieved.
