摘要
目的了解陇西县社区人群的营养状况,以及肥胖与高血压、高血糖的关系及其相关的危险因素,为慢性病的防控提供相关的科学依据。方法随机抽取陇西县的社区人群共计676人为调查对象,通过健康体检获得相关资料,并对所得数据进行相关分析。结果超重、肥胖患病率分别为33.58%和14.50%,其中男性的患病率较女性高,且男性和女性的患病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在年龄分布方面,40~49岁年龄组超重、肥胖的患病率最高。除50~59岁年龄组外,其他年龄组肥胖、超重的高血压患病率较高。所有年龄组超重、肥胖组的高血糖患病率均较高。多因素logistic回归分析显示,性别、血糖与肥胖有密切关系(OR值分别为0.31、6.61,P<0.05)。结论陇西县社区人群随年龄的增长40岁以上超重及肥胖的患病率水平较高,性别、高血糖与超重、肥胖有密切关系。
Objective To understand the nutrition status of the community population in Longxi county of Gansu province,as well as the relationship between obesity,high blood pressure and high blood glucose and related risk factors to provide scientific evidence for prevention and control of chronic diseases.Methods A total of 676community residents were selected randomly in Longxi county,Gansu province,and relevant data from health examinations was obtained and correlation analysis was carried out.Results Prevalence of overweight and obesity were 33.58%and 14.50%,respectively;the rate of men was higher than that of women,and the prevalence difference between men and women was statistically significant(P< 0.05).People of 40~ 49 year old had the highest prevalence of overweight and obesity.Except for age group of 50~59,people of other age groups with obesity or overweight had higher hypertension rate.All overweight and obese people of all age groups had high hyperglycemia prevalence.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that there were significant association between sex,blood sugar and obesity(OR values were 0.31,6.61respectively,P< 0.05).Conclusions The prevalence of overweight and obesity among community population in Longxi county,Gansu province increased with age,and the rates of people aged 40years and older were higher.Gender,hyperglycemia and overweight,obesity were closely associated.
