摘要
面对经济发展方式的转变、高等教育内涵式发展的回归以及毕业生就业压力的加大,高等学校迫切需要改革人才培养模式及其上位的办学模式,大力开展创新创业教育。本文由创业型大学的成功探讨人才培养模式与办学模式的相关性,进而探讨如何开展创业教育以实现更高质量的毕业生就业。
With the tranformation of economic development,the return of the higher education connotation development and the increasing employment pressure of graduates,it is urgent for universities to reform the personnel training mode and school running mode,and to launch innovative entrepreneurship education. This passage focuses on the correlation of personnel training mode and running mode on the basis of the analysis of the success of entrepreneurial universities,and then probes into how to develop entrepreneurship education in order to achieve higher quality graduate employment.
