新生儿脊髓病变的超声检查

摘要 新生儿椎骨未完全骨化,椎管主要由软骨性脊柱围成,形成良好的透声窗,因此新生儿及婴儿期椎管、脊髓及脑脊膜病变非常适合行超声检查。对新生儿脊髓解剖结构的学习可进一步认识超声能够显示的先天性脊髓发育异常及与脊髓畸形相关的各种获得性疾病的超声表现,有利于临床及时发现和早期治疗相应病变,对患儿今后的神经功能预后有着重要的意义。此外,产伤造成的获得性损伤如脑膜撕裂或脊髓的损害也能得到早期发现和处理。在此将新生儿脊髓病变的超声检查方法及相关疾病予以综述。
