斑点追踪超声心动图评价冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病患者室壁运动研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 斑点追踪超声心动图(speckle-tracking echocardiography,STE)是近年发展起来的一种心脏超声定量分析方法。STE克服了组织多普勒成像(tissue Doppler imaging,TDI)技术角度依赖、相邻节段运动影响以及噪声和运动伪像等局限性,因此STE能更准确地反映心肌的运动,同时该技术具有无创、可重复性等优点,在判断是否存在心肌缺血和心肌梗死、评价心肌梗死后心肌存活性和心肌梗死介入治疗后疗效。
