摘要
在十八大提出社会主义文化建设要坚持贴近实际、贴近生活、贴近群众的背景下,文章分析了档案文化的特征,对传统档案文化建设存在的问题进行剖析,并在该视角下提出进行档案文化建设的策略。
The eighteenth session put forward the socialist cultural construction must adhere to closing to reality, closing to life, closing to the masses .Under this perspective, this paper analyses the characteristics of archives culture and uses communication model to analyze the existing problems in traditional archives culture construction and put forward the strategy for the construction of archival culture undert his perspective.
