摘要
根据人对信息的处理原理探讨了煤矿工人故意实施违章行为的决策模型,从个体认知角度并依据贝叶斯法则分析了矿工违章行为决策的影响因素,解释了矿工实施故意违章行为的从众心理和学习效应,并提出了针对性的管理控制措施。
In this paper,the decision-making model of coal miners intentional violation of behavior is discussed,from cognitive perspective the factors contributing to miners intentional violation behavior decision-making are analyzed according to Bayesian rule,the conformity psychology,fluke mind and learning effect of this behavior is explained and finally the management and control measures are put forward accordingly.
