摘要
以LFGM96-2×5型气箱脉冲袋式除尘器为研究对象,设计了板肋型和波纹板型两种型式的中箱体结构;采用有限元分析方法,对该两种型式的中箱体初步设计结构进行力学分析。结果表明,这两种结构型式均可较好地满足力学性能要求;在从工艺、成本和生产效率等方面综合分析选定波纹板型结构的基础上,对波纹宽度和深度对波纹板力学性能的影响进行了较为详细的分析,结果表明,对于多波纹的波纹板结构,在合理布置波纹数量和工艺条件允许下,波纹宽度越大,深度越深,其力学性能会更好。
In this paper,regarding the LFGM96-2×5 pulse bag-type dust collector as a researching target,two types of middle boxes are designed,including arris of slab and corrugated plate;FEA method is used to analyze the primary design structures of the two kinds of middle boxes in mechanics.The result indicates that two structural patterns can well meet the mechanical property requirements;On the basis of choosing corrugated plate-type structure by comprehensive analysis in the aspects such as process and cost,as well as the product efficiency,the paper conducts detailed analyse on the effects of the corrugated width and depth on the mechanical property of the corrugated plate and the result indicates that the wider and deeper of the corrugation,the better of the mechanical property for the structure of corrugated plate having a number of corrugations under the condition of reasonable quantities of corrugations and technical process.
