摘要 在某电厂扩建工程中,其600 MW机组锅炉的后屏过热器部分管段管接头由T91钢与T23钢焊接而成,焊接难度大。通过对回火前后焊接接头的金相、硬度等试验,验证了此类异种钢焊接后应严格按照焊接工艺进行回火处理,在今后类似焊接工作中可以参考和借鉴。 In the expansion project of a power station, some rear-screen superheater pipe fittings was formed by the T91 and T23 steel in the 600 MW boiler, it was difficult for welding. Before and after tempering, the microstructure and hardness test of welded joints was carried out, it was shown that the tempering treatment process should be strictly executed after this type of dissimilar steel welding, it could be reference and learn in the similar welding work in the future.
