摘要
针对某切割机频繁出现故障,提出了利用时间继电器的解决方案,通过改进结构与控制设计,取消了位置控制机构,增加了基于时间继电器的时序控制电路,改进了切割机系统。通过试验验证,改进方案可行,提高了可靠性与稳定性。
Aimed at the frequent failure problem of a cutting machine, proposes the solution by using time relay. By improving the structure and controlling design, the position control mechanism has been cancelled. Add to the time sequence control circuit based on time relay, improved the cutting machine system. Through experimental verification, the plan of improvement is feasible, the reliability and stability are improved.
