摘要
目的调查≥80岁老年人代谢综合征(MS)的流行病学情况及特点,并分析其相关因素。方法对北京医院体检人群中≥80岁的347例老年人进行问卷调查,测量身高、体质量、血压,测定空腹血糖、血脂等生化指标。采用2004年中国糖尿病学会(CDS)的MS诊断标准,分析检出率,并对其危险因素做多因素logistic回归分析。结果北京体检人群中≥80岁老人MS的检出率为25.94%(男25.62%,女27.27%),MS中以高血压、超重或肥胖、高血糖和高三酰甘油患病率较高。体质量指数、收缩压、血糖、三酰甘油为≥80岁老人MS的危险因素。结论北京地区≥80岁老人MS检出率高达25.94%,已成为重大公共卫生问题,应加强防治工作力度。
Objective To assess the epidemiological characteristics of metabolic syndrome(MS) and its related factors in men and women aged 80 and over living in urban areas of Beijing.Methods A questionaire survey was carried out in 347 participants aged 80 and over living in the urban areas of Beijing.Height,body mass,blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose and blood lipid were detected.The prevalence of MS and its related factors were analyzed by logistic regression model according to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese diabetes society in 2004.Results The prevalence of MS in this sample was 25.94%(male 25.62%,female 27.27%).Compared to female population,male participants showed a much lower prevalence.The individuals with MS presented hypertension,increased body mass index,hyperglycemia,and hypertriglyceridemia.With the increasing of BMI,the positive rate of MS increased significantly.The detection rate of BMI≥28 group was 48.49%.The most common components of metabolic abnormality were hypertension and overweight or obesity.Systolic blood pressure,blood glucose,triglyceride were identified as major risk factors of MS.Conclusions The prevalence of MS in participants aged 80 and over in Beijing is 25.94%.It becomes a public health problem requiring urgent attention for prevention and treatment.
