摘要
针对传统机动车前照灯检测仪校准器操作繁琐、稳定性差的特点,开发了一种可遥控的新型全自动机动车前照灯检测仪校准器.本文介绍了该全自动校准器的基本工作原理与系统构成,对各子系统如光束光轴角调节系统、光强调节系统等做了详尽阐述,为解决标准灯光强与电压关系不易确定问题,建立了光强与电压相映射的神经网络模型,实现了光强连续、智能输出.经专用计量检测装置检测证明,该仪器校准精度高于相关标准,具有智能化程度高、操作方便、精度高的特点.
In order to overcome the poor stability and complicated operation of the traditional Calibrators of Headlamp Tester,a new automatic and remote-control calibrator is developed.The system principle is introduced,the hardware and software are designd,and the elaborated various subsystems,such as Regulating System for Optic Angle,Regulating System for Intensity,also are developed.The neural network model for the light intensity and voltage mapping is established to solve the relationship between the standard light intensity and the voltage.In this way,the light can be output continuously and intelligently.The detection test by the special measurement detection device shows such instrument has higher calibration accuracy than the standard,and a higher degree of intelligence with easy operation and high precision.
