摘要 针对电厂煤粉锅炉经常在风粉配比不合理的条件下运行的情况,采取煤粉计量、合理配风、专家系统指导等措施,设计煤粉计量及优化配风系统。将其应用到锅炉系统,解决了目前电厂煤粉锅炉燃烧方面存在的锅炉燃烧效率偏低、煤炭消耗大、运行成本高以及燃煤电厂的燃烧工况差和污染物排放量大的问题。 This paper has researched the power plant boiler combustion state in many aspects.Boilers often run in the condition of unreasonable ratio of air and pulverized coal.More air with less coal or less air with more coal will have adverse impact on combustion,resulting in a waste of energy.Through pulverizing coal,reasonable air distribution,expert guidance and taking other measures,we can solve the following problems,such as low efficiency of boiler combustion,large consumption of coal,high operating cost,poor combustion conditions of coal-fired power plants and large pollutant emission.
