高管特征与股权激励对于企业绩效的交互影响模型构建 被引量:1

摘要 围绕高管特征与股权激励是否对企业绩效产生影响这一问题,结合高阶理论与代理理论,从假设前提、动因与效应载体三方面出发,构建了高管特征与股权激励对于企业绩效的交互影响模型,并对交互影响模型的作用原理进行了分析与探讨,包括交互效应产生的源动力与内在联动机理两部分。该模型的构建,填补了由于高阶理论和代理理论在研究企业绩效的影响上存在"背靠背"问题而产生的理论空白。
