摘要
以SiO2为载体,浸渍法制备了WO3含量30%(wt%)的固载型催化剂WO3/SiO2,催化H2O2氧化环己醇合成了己二酸。探讨了催化剂用量、H2O2用量、反应时间、酸性助剂及催化剂重复使用性等因素对己二酸收率的影响。适宜反应条件为环己醇0.1mol,催化剂0.9g,30% H2O2 45mL,不加酸性配体,回流反应5h,己二酸的收率为60.4%。当30% H2O2 50mL,其他反应条件相同时,以环己酮为底物,己二酸收率为67.2%。
Adipic acid was synthesized by WO3/SiO2 as the catalyst for catalytic oxidation of cyclohexanol with 30%H2O2 in the absence of phase-transfer catalyst. The effect of several reaction parameters which were the amount of catalyst and hydrogen peroxide, reaction time, acidic ligand were all investigated. The optimum conditions were cyclohexanol 0.1mol, catalyst dosage 0.9 g, 30% H2O2 45 mL, refluxing 5 h, the yield of adipic acid was 60.4 % without acidic ligand. In addition, the yield was 67.2 % when 30% H2O2 50 mL, cyclohexanone as the reactant.
